No. No. Yes, just one of their little tricks to deflect/obfuscate. And yes, they could use this "but CAS didn't call it cheating" for all drug cheats, from Armstrong to Baumann to Blake to Decker to Gatlin to Hunter to Jones to Kiprop to Jeptoo to Salazar, to name a few, but most use it only for Houlihan.
CAS gave Houlihan the full four year ban for intentional doping, and explicitly mentioned "intentional" a couple of times. And CAS ruled out that the nandro came from, I cite: "commercial pork" like the food truck evidently used, but, trolls will be trolling.
The case is closed. Drug cheats out!
Calling it "cheating" is more like Orwellian doublespeak designed as a rhetorical device to trigger emotions.
Pointing out the inapplicability applies in every case where any dishonest act for the purpose of gaining an advantage has not been established, including many of the athletes you listed.
Fans with bad faith want to call it "cheating" for their own personal reasons, and they want to believe things like "intentional" when, in this case, the CAS lacks sufficient evidence and could not know. WADA doesn't require the CAS to know, in order to treat the violation as "intentional" for the express sole purpose of deciding the length of the sanction.
The CAS also lacked sufficient evidence to "rule out that the nandro came from ... "commercial pork"". Even the AIU experts did not rule it out completely. Again, WADA doesn't require that, for the CAS to reach a determination that "not intentional" was not proved to the required standard by Houlihan.
Dude, the way you take up the cause for Anglo-white people, and poop and dark people is shocking.
Everything is black and white to you. As Rojo claims it used to be for him. Now he sees, grey...
Pretty sure Shelby wasn’t running 9:30 min miles. So I assume all involved didn’t post this supposed TT and are keeping results private for now
Not only do her times not count for anything, they’re confidential as well? Why would she even bother to run a TT? As for the posters speculating she ran 30:00, I don’t think a banned runner would have the motivation to train hard enough to run that fast.
She ran 4:04 and 14:4x recently and said the 14:4x 5K was “feeling out 10K pace” - so I wouldn’t be so sure of that

People can say whatever they want and 4:04 doesn’t indicate she was near peak fitness. What possible reason would there be to keep the 10000m time secret? Whether it was 30:00 or 31:00, what she runs in 2025 is what matters.

This might be the dumbest recurring take regarding Shelby—“why even try if you can’t compete professionally”? I mean, tell that to 99% of LetsRun posters.
To produce a video and reveal it later obviously. Similar to what BTC and Nick Willis have done previously.
This. We know they had someone taking video and that she ran about 30:00. Clearly waiting to release a video about it
I would think that the real reason the result is confidential is that it would take away from the performance of Cranny last week. What kind of teammate would do that kind of one-upmanship? Cranny legitimately put a scare to the AR. If Shelby did it too or broke the AR in a meaningless TT followed by a big marketing campaign, screw her.

She is an Olympic level runner and not a LR poster and of course her situation sucks for her. What if the NP kids ran secret time trials that don’t count and didn’t compete in any meets?
If I was her, I would put in the miles and focus on 2O25. “I ran a 30:00 while I was banned” isn’t that great of a story and wouldn’t motivate me to train hard.

Put yourself in her shoes - she had an awful 2021 and likely has a lot of personal/mental health issue regardless of if she was dirty or not. This is likely an outlet to keep her sane during her ban.

??? This whole post is very odd and could hardly be further from the truth.
I see things in many colors, notwithstanding a red-green defiency.
Take up the cause for "poop"? I think I posted once in the "poopgate" thread.
"Anglo-white people" and "dark people"?
It's never about the people per se, whether they are white or black or any other color, but whether claims and conclusions have basis in evidence and real world observations, or are baseless.
Being able to weigh statements in context based on the strength of evidence allows for many shades of nuance, thus avoiding a shallow black/white view of things.
Don't actually care what she ran, a doper doing time trials is completely irrelevant to the sport. But if she can afford to hire camera operators to film this stuff, then it makes a mockery of her grubbing for cash to pay for her appeal. People who donated to her Gofundme were total marks

Yeah -- I don't know anyone who has a camera, or a phone, able to make videos and upload it to the internet. What does that cost? About 100K?
