Definitely. A huge race for him. His PRs are 3:35.9/13:08i (and his 3k was 7:43 until tonight), but I’d hazard to guess that the top 3 tonight are all in 13:00-13:05 shape and that Scott could run a 3:51 mile right now. (His last 1600 tonight was 3:57.4, with a 54.6 last 400).

Is that how long they were in the U.S. before they became naturalized or how long after they first applied? The clock starts when they submit the application and start the process. If someone has a immigration lawyer who is diligent about following up with Immigration Services it should not take 10 years.

Based on everything we’ve seen in the last year, are Fisher and McGorty two of the 3 favorites for the Olympic team at 5k (along with Chelimo, and provided Lomong sticks with the 10k)? I think so, if indeed there’s an Olympics.
