Garbage predictions on who is actually in and lack of what jobs are actually coming up.
Let's get some real info up this week. I know people are talking at USAs.

I would think Kenyans might struggle academically at Purdue (admission standards, engineering majors, etc)

Kelly certainly has a Kenyan connection, but that won't do him any good at Purdue. Last time I checked Kenyans don't walk-on to teams and Purdue shows no signs of putting any more money into the distance events.
Purdue is a place you have to develop and coach up the kids. Kelly had two guys go 1-2 at SE Regional and they couldn't qualify in the deep field. In fact, they weren't close, 7th. If he could coach up his teams at all they should have gone if not finished 3 or 4.
Kenyans coming with him is why it will work great.

You have to remember that Purdue attracts a different type of kid then Campbell. No one wants to move to Buies Creek NC, even if you give them some scholarship money. Hence why he went and got Kenyans. Kelly has done a nice job in a not so great situation. Kids that want to go to Purdue are usually highly academic driven kids, and the midwest distance runners are usually tough middle-class kids who can develop well.

Boo was probably contacted, but isn't going to take a job away from Louisiana at this time.
No way Roveleto is going to take an assistant job. He's paid handsomely at K-State and is doing an amazing job there.
The others are possibilities.
