Anyone can "blame" someone for almost anything. In the US in order to jail someone and convict them, there must first be a stated crime then a trial where there is a burden of proof.
A case was being built to prosecute Trump for Jan 6. He was not arrested or jailed. That is how the system is supposed to work. By re-electing him, America basically gave Trump a pass on this. Like it or not, that's what happened. Plenty were convicted in court for violence, assault, property damage and Seditious Conspiracy.
Khalil has not been accused of a crime, but is in jail and being threatened with deportation. That is banana republic "justice". Make the case in court with evidence. But the Trump admin is trying to bypass that. Whether or not you dislike Khalil or his actions, this should be a problem for every American who believes in law & order.
