My recollection is that Trump, through Michael Cohen, threatened Fordham University with litigation if they released his academic transcript. Trump attended Fordham before transferring to Penn.
If Trump got good grades in college, he would have released his transcripts himself. I think it's pretty safe to assume that he did poorly at Fordham, and probably just as poorly at Penn.
