also RIT versed fredonia once at Geneseo but two of fredonia's top 4 were not in there top 4, Williams and Guarino. I believe the fifth spot could go to any 3 teams.

So you're putting UR in front of RIT based on a feeling that UR will pull out some great race and RIT tanks? Rochester didn't really run that stellar at UAAs either. Your argument for fredonia might also be a little more plausible if they had a #5.
RIT actually has some depth this year. Aside from their top 3, anyone from 4-7 could be their last two scorers. UR and Fredonia each have solid runners, but are so-so for the final scorer. I'll take
1)Geneseo
2)Cortland
3)NYU
4)SLU
5)RIT
6)UR
7)Fredonia
8)Ithaca
9)Plattsburgh
10)Oneonta
I wouldn't be shocked to see the order of the top 3 change. I think they're all pretty close to each other. Any one of them can win, any one of them can be 3rd.
Why does everyone ride Ithaca's dick? What have they shown that they can place 8th, besides Curt Bell and Dan Craighead? Last thing I knew, having a 1-2 punch meant nothing without 3, 4, and 5.
You know how I know burger snatcher is an idiot? They complained about where plattsburger was ranked, and then ranked them in the same spot.
RIT > UofR
When did I ever even mention Plattsburgh in my argument?
In your first post on page 67.
And another point, why doesn't anyone give SLU ANY respect?
Geneseo
Cortland
NYU
SLU
RIT
...there, now everything is better.
1)Geneseo
2)NYU
3)Cortland (I don't see them going 100%)
4)St. Lawrence
5)RIT
6)Fredonia
7)Rochester
8)Plattsburgh (Totally unpredictable, anywhere from 6th to 13th)
9)TCNJ
10)Hamilton
Kosgei
Heymann
Lang
Novara
Bocchino
Bell
Williams/Avery/Guarino
Why would you put hamilton at 10? just because they have kosgei doesn't mean that their shitty 2-5 is going to cut it.
LIVE TO WIN, TILL YOU DIE.
YEAH
LIVE.
YEAH
WIN.

What do you mean unpredictable. Plattsburgh has been predictably terrible this season. They have been consistently beat by the teams ranked ahead of them, they even got beat by oneonta(which is not even in your top 10). Plattsburgh will be lucky to crack the top 10.
well plattsburgh in top form did pretty well. look at lehigh. but at the end of season they are not looking good. i disagree with anywhere from 6th to whatever i think plattsburgh at best will get eigth.

Your ranked where you should be

RIT only really pulled it together for albany (short course). THat is not a good enough indicator.
This is true...RIT ran 7600m at Albany and every other team ran 8k. That advantage was enough to secure their 88 point win over Plattsburgh and finish second of 24 teams.
Some advice for the race:

That was surprisingly helpful. I'll make sure me and my teammates use his strategies and other advice this weekend. No doubt Nick and the rest of our team will be top 5 now!
Every year that video comes back around and every time I just fall back in love with it. That guy is a bigger douche then John Edwards and well... we all know how big he is.
not to suck their dick any more, since I think its unwarrented... but... IC FTW in the case race competition... Id be hundreds on it
I think any team in the suny system could take them, even Cortland with their anti-anything thats not running lifestyle.

not sure how much time the Cortland guys devote to drinking, but it's definitely less than the amount of time they spend shopping for outfits to wear to awards ceremonies.
i mean, BOWTIES for shits sake! that takes some effort!
