Possibly Naive Guy, here. While I fully assume that Israel sometimes gets strikes wrong, and perhaps sometimes show too little concern for civilian causalities, I also assume that they're quite similar to the U.S. and other U.S. allies who put a good deal of sincere and rigorous effort into avoiding such things. ??? A military target in a civilian building is a military target. And yeah, depending on the situation, sometimes you (U.S. for sure, Israel I presume) avoid it, sometimes you don't. Putin never avoids it. Hamas never avoids it.
