A Federal Judge has ruled that thousands of improperly terminated Federal workers be reinstated.
Yet the latest example of the Trump clown show.
Such epic mismanagement by Trump and Musk.
We deserve better, but this is what we got. Atleast for now.
Wrong.
This is a classic example of judicial overreach, where unelected judges think they can dictate to the President on personnel matters. The Constitution grants the President significant authority over the executive branch, and judges should respect that authority.
“For once, albeit accidentally, Putin has told the truth: long-term peace in Ukraine is only possible by “eliminating the root causes of this crisis.” The main “root cause” is an old deranged KGB officer in the Kremlin who views the collapse of the Soviet empire as “the greatest geopolitical catastrophe of the 20th century”, calls his opponents “national traitors” and Ukraine “an artificial state”, and idolizes Stalin and Andropov. Without “eliminating” this “root cause” there will not be peace not only in Ukraine, but in Europe as a whole.”
Trump's tariffs are an investment in America's brilliant economic future. Trump will implement a wide range of tariffs on everything from eggs to AI, which will reverse the failed Biden yield curves of the last 4 years which reduced our economy to rubble in front of the entire world while the globalist neo-elites got rich at the expense of the hard-working American taxpayer.

The root cause is Russia not wanting NATO in Ukraine.
Russia has been crystal clear about this.
Only the dumbest people in society are confused by this.
Putin said anyone who doesn't miss the USSR has no heart.
He also said anyone who wants it back has no brain.
It's painfully obvious that all of your opinions are based on stupid sh*t you read on some other imbeciles social media.

We couldn’t have asked for a better POTUS, if you think about it, taking the stock market is a genius strategy to redistribute wealth to his core constituents
Another Republican pedo. Whodathunkit? So many pedos in the R party...

NATO has been 130 km away from Saint Petersburg for over 20 years, and it has been totally okay all those years. The half of the Black Sea coastline has been under NATO for decades, and it was totally fine. Russia's Kaliningrad has been surrounded by NATO countries for over 20 years. Sweden and Finland (with over 1,000-km common border with Russia) join NATO, and Putin couldn't care less - no threat at all, in his words. But when it's Ukraine, which NATO refused to accept for like 20 years and doesn't want now, it is a "grave existential threat" to the world's biggest nuclear power, because of which it had to unleash the deadliest European bloodbath since WWII involving the North Korean military.
Trump: I broke into Los Angeles. I invaded Los Angeles. And we opened up the water. The water is now flowing down, they have so much water.. they don’t know what to do with it

the root cause is Ukraine's following the Poland model: Lean west, get rich, turn your back on Moscow.
Putin knew if both Poland and Ukraine turned west and got rich, eventually even Russians would want that and shoot Putin in the back of his head.
So Ukraine had to die.

You are opining on a case in which you have never read a single document. I've noticed that A LOT of you MAGAs do that constantly-- Newmane and that Adult guy, in particular. It's a confoundingly weird and stupid way to run your life. When is deliberate ignorance ever to your benefit, especially when you are affirmatively projecting a view on the subject you are deliberately ignorant of? It's a fvcking demented way to carry on.
You don't have a clue what the issues were, what was argued, what the facts were, what the opinion was, whether the ruling was "a classic example of judicial overreach," whether and what Constitutional issues were involved or what the scope of the executive's authority was on the facts. You don't know a single fact in the case and yet you're providing an absolute opinion on it. WTF is wrong you? Has this behavior ever worked for you anywhere?
Here, do yourself a world of good, and read this 2/28/25 opinion which was affirmed from the bench today. Then type up some thoughts on it.
its time for you to admit you were conned (again). Trump pulled a rope a dope on you with all this garbage about being a man of global peace. The reality is Trump is not opposed to war. He is only opposed to wars that he can’t use to enrich himself. Thats all
Yep. The rope a dope worked well on you because you are the dopes.

I will add that Putin could not have an economically thriving liberal democracy next door in Ukraine. It was a threat to keeping his own people under his thumb.
Speaking of making his base look stupid, how many Trumpers praised the brilliance of sending illegals to Guantanamo?
“All 40 migrants held in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, have been sent back to the United States and are now being held in Louisiana, according to two U.S. defense officials. There are currently no migrants being held at Gitmo, and no flights scheduled to arrive with more migrants.”

how many millions of dollars did that boondoggle cost taxpayers? they cut at Dep of Ed but they spend millions and millions on this kind of stupidity. Maybe they got it backwards?

And sometimes it's confusing, so keep in mind: This isn't some judge's personal opinion. It's the law.
There are many laws that apply to firings, hirings, and (forced or not) retirings. And those laws about procedure can vary widely from one government job to another. The (F)Elon administration has some smart people, but they didn't have them check the laws before gutting certain positions.

Russia complained about NATO being in every country NATO has absorbed since the west told them NATO wouldn't move any further east...
Russia understanding of the situation is a little more relevant than the toddleresque grasp you've cobbled together on Google today.
