Case in point:)

It's baby steps with DFF. For many months he posted everything twice. We kept pointing out that you don't need to click twice on webpages, as you do in Windows or whatever OS he uses. It took some time, but he finally figured it out! No more double posting!

So keep at it, he apparently does listen or have some sort of capacity for change.
