Neil and Dunesrunner MIGHT be able to escape this DEBACLE with an excuse that they were REALLY STUPID... and CONNED BY DAVE AND TERRIE…with Mark Hewlett and Joe the driver in on the FRAUD because THEY WERE THERE on the FAKE LEJOG AND DAVE'S FAKE 148 MILE TRAINING RUN. MARK AND JOE have never said anything about Dave being a Cheater-Liar-Fraud…with DAVE RIDING IN A VAN (from a sponsor) for 11 MILES (at speeds ranging from 32 to 64 MPH before finally pulling off the road)…and then DAVE DECIDED TO RIDE A BIKE (from another sponsor) on day 2 IN AN ULTRA LEJOG WR ATTEMPT…

...and then DAVE tells BBC that he did 100 MILES (with no mention of the van ride or the bike ride)…before he was stopped by sore feet and internet trolls that affected the spirits of his team.

It's clear to me DR wasnt just naive to how hard the record would be. He knew he was always planning to fake it.

Therefore he needed everyone on that van to be in on the fact he would NOT be running it all, and would be driving lots with the tracker on the van.

For some reason Nicky has been doing a Terrie and trying to cleanse some things from the internet, for instance his LinkedIn account and any association with Dave and Terrie. Some things you can cleanse, some you can't.

More coincidences and link ups, not implying anything just dot joining.

Nicky Gilkes used to be the Marketing Manager at Romford Toyota which is in Essex. According to Shite Hawk, Dave and Terrie had "dodgy dealings with a car company" and had registered car related companies in, wait for it, Essex. I'm guessing this is why Nicky closed his LinkedIn account when it got posted here because he had "Marketing Director at Toyota (GB) PLC ..." as previous experience posted on it and didn't want the possible link up and potential implications. I'm not insinuating anything untoward.

What can I say that you wouldn't have already found out. Nick Gilkes has a very thorough attention to detail and a work ethic second to none. He leads by example in a loud and proud way making sure every possibility and scenario has a plan A, B, C and D. There will be no holes in the bucket of what ever project/task he works on and most of all, his positivity is infectious and like a halo effect, he can lift a room in a three seconds. There are not many people like Nick.
