course was the same as its always been. same old 10k. i've enjoyed running the haven's course, as well as competing against the rest of the psac. it's been an honor and a pleasure competing against everyone, and i've enjoyed tossing back a few with many of you fellas. i'm grateful for the friendships i've acquired from these past 3 years. also, best of luck to those at nats, edinboro, rock, cummings and cooper.

and for the person that kept talking crap about edinboro's pants, all the power to them. if you keep talking about it, the more fuel to their fire. as psac and regional champs they can basically do whatever they please, wearing whatever style pant they please. what's the difference between them wearing the tight jeans or straight up spandex??.......absolutely nothing.

did you ever stop to think that if hahn was made fun of origninally they had to be looking to get called out again. Gender roles my balls man, they embarressed the region and especially the PSAC. Thomas and other seniors, this has been a heckuva ride. I'm way proud to be an alum of this conference. I'm sure those of us who attended the inter-psac parties will always remember what little memories we actually have from those nights. Good luck to the men and women representing us at nationals and I'll see you all during track.
