if he has been in the game since 93 and hasn't made it then he probably won't ever

Kind of an 'asking for a friend' thing. My friends resume looks pretty extensive to me (coached at several Div 1 colleges, among several others) and he publishes a lot of stuff and gets cited by other coaches for his techniques, but for whatever reason is having trouble landing a job (is the coaching field really that hypercompetitive)?

Cuz i will coach there for 10 years. Spend little money and retire. Living in Maryville Mo. Is very cost effective . Like i said they wont hire me. Who would want an alum(all-american) that still is apart of 2 school records that still exist years later. Also ive coached in the miaa and brought home a couple ncaa trophies . Im sure nwmsu can do better.. good luck bearcats with your hire.

Chill... just know, It would NOT be Jenkins. Greene forms new staff if it were to happen. He would want Elliott to go, but would make more money at Purdue as director and is married to recruiting coordinator who could become associate head and again, make more money. Apparently you don’t know anything about the staff structure there otherwise that would make sense to you.

Not unless he can convince Carl Lewis to come with him. Houston was a good conference level team until Carl started taking a big role. If Leroy left for Texas, Carl would take the head job at Houston. Leroy is not the X Factor here
Burrell has been mentioned a few pages back for the Texas job. Go do some research before spouting off.
