Sara Rasccatore (sp?) -- former IUP Alum and top-10'er at XC Nats was hit by a car while running in Florida. Shattered femur and tibia...pretty messed up, but overall in stable condition.

I saw your invite on facebook to come to regionals. Though I may go up, I cannot accept an Invitation to support LHU when Millersville will be there. I don't care where they are in the rankings, both Ville teams are #1 in my heart.
By the way, a few former Ville runners will be camping out somewhere in the woods right off the course. That's the way it's done.

I think Mansfield has a great, and studly team. I wish our men's team could be as good as them. I was a bit surprised by the change of uniforms. Was that a tatic to mess up opponents? I almost thought that Mansfield decided not to compete at PSACs but when I saw those sweet front runners I was truly delighted and I got a little wet in my pants(ofcourse it may have been the rain but...) It was great to see Mansfield compete because due to a sprained ankle I am not able to compete, and well who really wants to watch my guys team (they are a bunch of pussies). I also commend the other teams, I really like Edinboro. They always are very strong, and muscular(nice on the eyes). Im am looking forward to see how Boro and Rock are going to fair at regionals but Hey lets just be excited to see those MEN IN SHORT SHORTS!
