Nothing has been “debunked.” For you to say there’s nothing here is totally false. You actually haven’t dug into the criticisms. Dismissing them doesn’t make them untrue. People with direct experience and encounters with the Roches have commented. Words from the Roches’ very own mouths have actually been uttered and NEVER backed up by performance.
It’s stupid that you are unwilling to see the manipulation behind using Strava app outside and his watch for the treadmill. Everyone else knows why he does that. Do you really think it’s fair that they never once have said they were wrong about anything?
It’s also stupid for you to think that it’s just fine to make big bold claims about transparency and NO SECRETS! But then they are very secretive about how much they actually train. They tell their athletes and followers one thing and do another. How insulting to their audience for them to give them the message that they can’t handle the necessary training, or that the honest truth is you need way more hours to be an elite.
Cheating on Zwift is rampant, but as good athletes committed to training, they shouldn’t. If Megan didn’t want to change her weight on Zwift (she’s more than 110 lb pre pregnancy btw), that’s fine. But she makes posts bragging about her times (based on w/kg). Nothing to see there? Really? If they weren’t public figures, people would think they’re dumb but not care. But they want people to follow and trust them.
Their behavior does not support what they’re selling. They actually distort the truth for personal gain. That’s NOT a good quality in a coach or an influencer. People have a right to know about all of that and make a choice for themselves, and not have mean people like you, who say “nothing to see here.” And yes, you are a f-ing a**hole for how you’ve treated people here. You are mean. No wonder you like the Roches.
