This is a little bit interesting. I thought that the expansion of medicaid was being funded by the feds. This being the case, the "drop" in education funding may be no drop at all.
For example (and yes, I know that many folks here have this weird fear of numbers - but I'll assume you are not one of them):
Hypothetical Budget: Before
Total Budget: $1,000,000
Health Care: $207,000 (your 20.7%)
Education: $230,000 (23.0%)
Hypothetical Budget: After
Total Budget: $1,243,000 (Added $243,000 coming from the feds for expanded medicaid)
Health Care: $450,000 (your 36.2%)
Education: $230,000 (18.5%)
Note that there has been zero change in the funding of education. It is simply a case of the percentage of total budget dropping because of added federal dollars for the medicaid expansion.
From 2014-2016 the expansion was covered by the feds after that they required states to cover 10%. Obamacare did not perform as designed in that most of the new enrollees were via the Medicaid expansion with very few new enrollees which really messed up the cost projections and has harmed a lot of hospitals.
So, what you are saying is that you fall into the "weird fear of numbers" camp.
Nothing that you posted would have any substantial impact on the overall picture, as I presented it.
Don't be afraid of numbers, Dee Dee. Remember they are your friends - even when they are telling you that you would need to invest 30x entire World GDP every year for your Dee Dee plan to work.

Sorry, very few enrollees with private insurance via the exchanges. Reimbursements from Medicaid suck, so the patient profiles skewed to favor more Medicaid patients [in general, clinics that see Medicaid patients lose money unless they employ loads of student (effectively slaves) labor to break even]. If they were to implement Medicare / Medicaid for all tomorrow, it would bankrupt the entire health system overnight.
The working class has been completely abandoned by the Democrats.
And you wonder why the RFKs of the world can't even get on the ticket in a Democrat primary.
Yes, we need the voice of the Little People brought to us by Donald Trump and a Kennedy. Boot-strappers that they be.
I can find you far more than 88 business owners that support Trump that are far too intelligent to publicly proclaim it. I’m curious to see if the Moran at Goldman that threw his support behind Kamala the other day has a job once Goldman loses a bunch of their clients. Maybe those throwing their support behind the Kamunist feel they will make it up on the other side, but as a business owner, I would never support a political figure publicly as it would alienate half of my potential clients.

I guess these 87 didn’t get the Bud Light lesson in their marketing class.
Kamala is a Marxist, she learned it from her dad, and what few policies she’s mentioned would destroy the USA. She’s the worst popular VP, her own party didn’t want her as president, and now she’s suddenly their messiah? Please. Anyone with half a brain can see through this charade, and come the first debate, she’s going to look like the imbecile she is. If Donald Trump had been this silent, the left would be all over it. Another thing: why did she refuse to debate him on Fox, on September 4th? She’s scared, plain and simple.
Former Vice President Dick Cheney said Friday that he will vote for Democrat Kamala Harris over fellow Republican Donald Trump in the November election, warning that the former president “can never be trusted with power again...

Don't feel bad about your weird fear of numbers, Dee Dee. Many people have the same problem. Nothing to be ashamed of.
An important thing to note is that every time Trump denies raping a woman, he never, ever says it’s because he’s not a rapist, he says it’s because she’s not his type.
Here is a 3 minute montage of Trump whining, ranting and belly aching about all the problems that he has brought on himself. So Damn pathetic. Everything is a scam and hoax. All of it. I will never understand how people can still believe this guy. Even his lawyers behind him are mentally begging him to STFU.
LOLZ... Rex Chapman with the accurate analogy listing to Trump whining and prepping for his defeat in the upcoming debate...
If Trump were an NBA coach ..
“The Lakers are a nasty organization. Corrupt. LeBron James? Terrible guy. JJ Redick? He’s a monster. Jeanie Buss too. And this officiating crew — they’re all bad guys. David Stern holdovers. Cheaters. If we lose to those guys tonight — you’ll know the fix was in.” - Gregg Popovich

Well she is running against a fascist, Trump who has publicly declared war on democracy.
