Clueless. How am I crashing out when you were posting about M.I.A. salaries. I already stated what I would do/have done in this type of situation and so "I" would end up knowing what the pay or range for the position is.
You sound like you're either not actually in the occupation or low tier in Athletics... "it states salary commiserate with similar positions"...so DUH, she will be PAYING the new coach.

I ran for the great Martin Smith, he’s for sure insane but he would get Drake to NCAA cross within a few years.
Just like he did at Virginia, Wisconsin, Oregon, Oklahoma, Iowa State.
Needs an SEC title though, complete the sweep

I followed Martin closely at Iowa State from 2016 until he was replaced by Sudbury and enjoyed him a lot. 2020 Big 12 indoor title was the pinnacle. When he had the guys he was masterful at putting together a meet plan & lineup. Appeared to be mostly hands off with the women, which Sudbury has emulated.

Earlier through the years when Andrea was there he didn’t really need to be hands on with woman. Andrea is legit
