It's a big mistake to limit yourself to only the 800 when you have that type of endurance that can run 14:55 at Eagle Park. Go 3200 at Arcadia he might just win it with his footspeed + endurance.

Only broke the course record that was held by 2021 Cheyenne Mountain. A team in the discussion for best ever non Newbury Park team. and they did it without their top 2 (two of top 3 at least) scoring. Herriman and CBA might still beat them but man people keep sleeping on CO.
I was at co state and Niwot looked to have a rough day with their 1 and 2 being their 6 and 7. I think they are much better than their 15:45 average on the course yesterday

It felt like a 105 points Nike National race of 2023. Which would put them at #11 and is not underselling them. They are being oversold here on letsrun while teams like Loudon Valley, Herriman, York, deserve that attention IMHO.
