Yeah he is similar to Fordy walking it in. He shouldn’t be doing Boston as he hasn’t earned a spot. I don’t know how you can do so many marathons and never improve to an average level
The problem with Elite runners like Ingebrigtsen, Yee, Donato etc doing YouTube is that people's views of 'average' is very distorted. Aubrey is by anyone's standards a decent runner, he ran sub 20 mins for 5k, which is probably in the top 1% of runners in the country
Agree with the sentiment but you're clearly trolling with naming Donato as elite - he's sub elite. And how is Bester not listed?!

Hang on, you're clearly trolling stating Bester not listed. That's like a non denial, denial.
How has McCarthy suddenly run a 10km today when she only returned to running last week? Thumbs up if she’ll get inured again soon
10k isn't exactly far. Proper endurance is Jonny Davies, still going strong against worlds best at BPN Go One More - safe to say I won't be getting much sleep tonight - it's fascinating how these elites can just go on and on
Standard shtick from Flowy, set up the reasons it won’t happen so when it doesn’t happen he can say I really didn’t expect it to happen anyways but don’t worry because next race it will happen, unless it doesn’t. He’s not going under 2:30 because he’s not fit enough and he’s not fit enough because he thinks he knows how to do this better than his coach. Can’t wait for the spring of speed video series.
Okay we have reached new levels of runfluencer age stupidity. Truett Hanes admits to eating between 200-300g of Carbs a day in latest video. To the mother freakin gills.
Listened to Cole Gibbons on an interview today (easy double podcast) and he actually seems to have a good bit of self reflection done on what went wrong with the London prep. Admitted his milleage was too high, will build up again but cut it from 260k to about 160- 200 with cross training. Said Ben Connor warned him mileage isn’t everything when he split from him before he got injured, although then did say had a conversation with Phil sessman who re emphasised mileage so I think he maybe needs to stop taking too many opinions on board and learn what works for him. Had some weird competing thing going on with RTJ on milleage I think as he seems quite into other YouTubers.

Gibbo is not Sesemann. Sesemann trains with Yee. They are light years ahead of where Gibbo will ever be.
He needs to look at people his own level. Hobby Joggers like him don't need to run 150 miles a week. If he checks the Strava of the doctors, labourers, teachers and plasterers who finished around him at London 2025 he will see he is overdoing it.
