Women or men?

Dear Lets run community,

I'm applying for everything, and I probably dont have a chance at any job. Cheer me up.

USC does not dominate in the sprints. they do very well but do not dominate.

It is a combined program.

The head coach from West TAMU is the new UTRGV head coach.

Not scholarshipsss scholarship as in 1. As far as that comment about the other distance coach having success yes maybe so but this is not the same head coach or staff. She has a vision for the program and they have been top but it will not invole giving up Money distance runners unless they are top 3 -5 type so there you go

Also yes it private but they not football or basket ball so can't get everyone into school.

Track is combine, not XC, but the coach in question is Flowers

Where is that posted?

USC is an absolute nightmare dead-end for a distance coach. Not even given a real chance to shine in track, let alone XC.

Both are now combined. Women's coach just got a new job.

I really think it's all a matter of opinion. The right coach can produce results. Given even little to no resources. It's definitely not a job for everyone, but it is a golden opportunity for someone.

Flowers is a bright dude. Pretty sure he spent his undergrad days at Kaplan College. Isn't that a little ivy?

No, he took the job in South Texas.

Looks like someone is having trouble with their APR and decided to create a position to deal with it.

Flowers (men's coach) got a job at UTRGV. Dudley (women's coach) got a new job within the university.

I can't believe Flowers would got to UTRVG. That would be a huge step down. WT is one of the better jobs in Div II. Great facilities, great school support, quality/cheap school, great area for training, great college town, good location from major cities. Will wait to see if this is the real deal.
