So Kofuzi is still alive. Is there a reason he's gone dark on Strava? Can't imagine he was getting any heat in the comments section unless Sage and Serious Runner were trolling him.

He went private? Why what would be the reason lol
doesn’t want people to see his paces these days lol???
Well he’s exotic to them, to a Brit he’s not exactly mr sex appeal.
I don't know. He's ripped, charismatic, and doesn't frequent Letsrun.com. There's a fair bit going for him!
Yes, he's a bit needy, but he's a good looking guy. I guess his addiction to running would be troublesome. However, looks wise he better looking than your average skinny fat runner
Goddard latest vid suggests that after finally realizing that you cant train for a marathon on 40k weeks he stepped up the volume and immediately became injured. He then claims its just a niggle despite the fact it was bad enough he was unable to complete a 5k easy run without getting a sports massage first...
Predictions on what mile the back issue "pops up again unexpectedly" at London after he goes off faster than his HM PB pace?
I'm also looking forward to it being >20 degrees Celsius at London and for the runfluencers to all claim it was like running in the Arizona desert again.
incredible reel of him on instagram gaining some more delusion on his sub 3 goal after doing 3x6k in fresh carbons and being hands on knees by the end. I'm so excited for the capitulation
Pro life? She is no pro ;) Dont be fooled by her video titles.
Pros now do their 2nd or 3rd trainingcamp of the year and dont chill in boulder.
Yeah, Allie is really all over the place with her content. Spends half the video either shilling sponsor merch or talking about her eating disorder. If she just wants to progress she needs to dial it in and just focus on the damn running, have the video crew take care of making and editing content. At least RTJ seems to know where his priorities are. Good for him for getting a Japanese GF, I got quite a few ladies studying in Japan, not going to judge him, he should enjoy life a bit as well.

Classic dumbfluencer hero workout, probably running circles around flat Battersea park. Also, what are the chances he took a Nomio 3 hours prior.
I don't get how someone like Goddard cannot absorb any training advice. He's always over equipped and under prepared in terms of sustained effort over time. Classic example, he was shouting out gel number 4 in the half marathon. I think Parker is spreading misinformation that you only have glycogen stores for an hour (not the agreed 2).

Great combo of none of these people really understanding their subject matters - remember when Anya Culling went on her Instagram rant after puresport launched their gels saying they weren't qualified to give advice - so she was going to start giving nutrition advice...
Also probably no small coincidence that the London parks incestuous running/business circles that all sponsor and fund each other are deep into various other gel/electrolyte companies

To be fair, you don't need to know much about nutrition to mix a 2:1 dextrose:fructose mixture and chuck in some thickeners and sodium; even easier, just chuck a logo on some cheap white labeled product. The inflated cost must be due to all the influencer marketing

I think its because he has a mandated amount of time that he needs to spend talking about gels/fueling to get paid and even though he has no idea what hes talking about. Every video has to feature a section on how great his buddies gel company is.
Funnily enough just by the exposure from his channel have come to the conclusion they might be the worst designed gels of all time. The packets are HUGE, 13.97 x 6.05 x 15.88 cm & 603g as per Amazon.
Meaning that if you are on a long run and taking one every 20 minutes as per Goddard's advice you would be starting with 5-6kg extra weight as well as having to wear 4 pairs of shorts to fit them in pockets.
Add on top of that the fact they probably taste like **** and will have been thrown together in a dodgy factory with little to no product control or batch testing. Why would you ever use it over tried and tested brands which cost significantly less...

You can look at the accounts produced by these companies on UKCH, and lets just say not a lot of them are making any money.
Cadence had 500k debt at the end of 2025 despite only holding 400k worth of assets (unlikely that this was even all stock).
I think they are all hoping to be the next Ben Parker with the Runna/Strava situation, not realizing that instead of buying them out its far more likely that the bigger companies are just going to crush them.

Mo Abdin has just got a job with them, the Runfluencer > Terrible Business Decisions pipeline claims another victim

I imagine the barrier to entry is lightly regulated and very low. They probably think they will become the next maurten and charge several pounds for some BS hydrogel hype.
Or they want to become some influencer hyped brand like Precision Hydration. It's probably increasingly more expensive to sponsor runfluencers.

Found it quite funny that despite being in the US for a fairly long time, and New York being a huge global city instead of trying to adapt to local time they all got into a d!ck swinging contest for getting to the gym earliest going to bed super early rather than do tourist stuff.
Yeah sure do whatever you enjoy but c'mon lads, go to Broadway catch the skyline at sunset and/or night-time. Suppose the influencers get more paid travel than me but I'd feel I'd wasted an opportunity if i spent a work trip like that
