If they believe in more than two genders, then they must know whatever category beyond those two they place themselves in, has an advantage over the traditional female category when it comes to sports. Do they not feel bad about that?
You are talking about two different groups of people.
Just like many other groups, "LGBTAIQ community" does not speak in a single voice. They have an alliance of convenience to have a bigger voice in the society. But in reality, they are a mixture of many group who do not agree on everything.
It reminds me of GWB saying "I thought they were all Muslims" (when he was told of the conflicts between Shia and Sunni.)
