For all those complaining about rules, go volunteer at a regional or state meet and see what officials have to deal with. Maybe there is a reason for such rules.

First: I live in Ohio as an atheist who is completely appalled by the Christian right or any other right wing segment of a religion. Don't paint us all with this brush.
Second: as someone who views all religions with an equal amount of shock at the non-sense they can believe, I always find it pretty ironic that the political left, especially the SJWs, find that is their mission to make sure that hijabs (and other religious clothing that women wear) are protected.
By doing this they are, on the one hand, protecting an article of clothing that has, for centuries, subjugated women and kept them oppressed in a religious context.
