Oh, exciting discovery you did there. Besides the improved muscle fibers - hybrid fast/redworm twich ones - i think you've overlooked the first obvious consequence : lightening fast muscle cells regeneration! Designer drugs are so outdated.

We're walking on eggs but how else would you explains two Olympics medals at once (the third medal had to run for his life, no crispy worms required) and well...it's as easy to verify as to cut a Rupp leg and watch it grow again.

You're onto something with the eggs.

It's not clear whether the horizontal markings are the worms themselves, or rather egg deposits.

The reason you don't see the marks when Kipchoge is just walking around is that the eggs either 1.) haven't been laid yet; or 2.) have not grown in size.

When exposed to a stimulus such as low oxygen/glycogen or high lactate, the eggs hatch to release the Performance Enhancing Parasites.

Can someone check if Nike has acquired any baitshop companies recently? Or septic unit/cleanup firms?

Here's a question for the audience: Should it be legal to administer dope to Performance Enhancing Parasites, given that the dope doesn't directly roid up the athlete him/herself, but only does so in a roundabout manner?

Isn't Nike just plain filthy enough to asexually create their one PEPs? The main question is why NOP parasites aren't as efficient as Kipchoge's?

You still misunderstand. The horizontal parts are the fattest part of each segment. The entire muscle is a segmented worm.

I don't know if it's gene doping, more likely dormant gene activation. Over millions of years a symbiotic worm evolved into a skeletal muscle. Probably some grey-area chemicals are used to make the worm genes express themselves again.
