She has openly stated that literally dozens of runners have come forward to her since the BBC documentary came forward.

She has stated it would be more effective if these people would go straight to USADA, but that she would be the messenger for people that were fearful of retribution.

In other words, it is obvious where "new knowledge" is coming from, and she is doing exactly what she said she would.

A thread titled "WEJO SUCKS BALLS!!!" was once an autogenerated super hot on letsrun topic. So things they do not like do make the front page. It was short lived but somebody did save a screenshot and upload it. I used to have the bookmark saved but I had to wipe my computer clean

The BroJo's are stupid, and they are awful. They pretend to be un-biased when they are not; they pretend to be journalists when they are not; they cruise their message boards in search of criticism so that they can delete it, scoff at it, but never take it to heart.

Magness and the Gouchers don't seem to add much to the main story. I have always rooted for the Gouchers but now I am perplexed,

people care about this topic because this was really about whether Rupp cheats and Rupp is Mo Farah's training partner. The main items raised were androgel in his room, the sabotage test and the anonymous runner who said a Salazar colleague may have talked about micr-odosing. I think we heard all there is to know. We can always wonder but, really, it seems easy to get the stuff if you want it. There could be others not in NOP and we would never know. (No, I don't work for a PR firm)

Magness had a 12 year old document with a vague reference and some stories that sounded bad but were addressed in emails he was copied on.

The Gouchers said they think Galen is a cheater and Alberto cheats. They offered one personal anecdote about Cytomel, a story about watching a Lance TV story as a group, speculation on Rupp being tired and a story about IVs. Their Cytomel story was called into question and now they will not argue it. When asked if she had anything on Farah or Rupp she said no. Now they want to go quiet and switch topics to payment while pregnant, etc. I was sympathetic to her Cytomel story initially and now wonder why she can't at least talk about the issues she raised on TV. She wanted everyone under oath but now will not explain how Alberto was wrong about the stories she already told. They got attention for the initial story but really offer nothing about Rupp. They essentially keep calling him a cheat. What did they expect? I would not feel comfortable calling someone a cheat without backing it up. To those comparing them to Frankie Andreu, I would argue that Kara has a lot more media experience, she well off, has a sponsor and only has to explain why she thinks Rupp is a cheat.

We are left with USADA, which had all of this info for a few years and now tests Rupp more than anyone else. The '17 people' may mean something. Of the 17, we have the Gouchers, Magness, Areson, the anonymous man, the two masseuses, maybe Rohatinsky. That leaves 9. For all of these accusations, I hope to hear observations about Rupp or at least more stories like the anonymous runner. otherwise, I am not sure there is anything to learn.

Reading between the lines, I think there was some personal stuff going on that would have been tough to release to the public. I think she was pissed off when Alberto made his statement and lied about what happened, and swore to tell everything to everyone -- then thought better of it when she calmed down.

I wish we heard the whole truth, but I don't blame her for wanting to keep private things semi-private (if that's what she's doing).

However, if she was taking or doing something in the grey zone when she was one of the top 10k/marathon runners in the world, I think she really ought to tell us what was going on then.

I am pretty sure the FDA does not want any part of the Salazar case. The Armstrong investigation was a reach for them. The push for it came from a special unit that basically got to write its own ticket. From the FDA's perspective, the Armstrong investigation did not go well. The US Attorney did not file charges, and there was quite a bit of blow back over how the investigation was carried out.

Many of the most serious allegations about Salazar involve things that happened long enough ago as to fall outside of the statute of limitations.

Moreover, so far no runner has admitted to doping, or said they saw anyone else doping. This is very different from the Armstrong investigation. Several of Lance's team mates admitted to doping, or said they had seen him doping, or heard him admit to doping. And even then, they just barely got him.

NOP has never been sponsored by a branch of the government, as Lance was by the US Postal service, that's why the government was able and willingly to pursue him.
