If she had cancer she would have said so in that first article that interviewed her, "I have cancer and look what I did!". Either she never claimed it, and thats a lie, or she did and she's the liar.

There are a pair of Google Plus posts from Tiffany Thurman, Tabatha's sister, asking for donations to her now disabled YouCaring site for cancer treatment.

No mention of her subsequent amazing marathon victory.
