Sprints are healthier than distance running.. Distance running prohibits protein synthesis within the muscle fibers thus gradually making the muscle weaker and weaker and smaller to be able to deal with the stress of long distance.. There is no point in running distance.. And the toughest event in track and field is the 400 meter dash.. If done correctly and ran all out from start to finish a 400 meter dash is even tougher than a marathon.. Just goes to show that i know exactly what im talking about and that i run the hardest event on earth at the heaviest body weight..
Just goes to show that i know exactly what im talking about too or else i wouldnt be this hot all naturally
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xZEuYgv8E5MThats why the majority of distance runners are too skinny..
If you want to build muscle , look good, and be fast all at the same time like me then you need to be doing sprints under 400 meters..
I do nothing over 400 meters.. I dont even jog over 400 meters.. The longest thing that i run is my 400 meter dash all out..
The longest training distance that i run is a 4 by 200 meter workout..
But yet somehow im able to maintain both hotness, speed, power, and smartness at 6'0 and between 210-228lbs. all the same time...
In the summer get down to 210-214lbs to run my sprints and in the winter i gain weight and get up to around 228 on average..
ANd im 100 percent all natural, and being all natural is the greatest thing about me wow.
Right now im going to go pose more and figure out why im this hot all naturally.. Then im going to go do more muscle fiber calculations and figure out why my muscle fibers are this dense all naturally... should be fun..
Notice how my muscles are smooth looking and notice how soft my skin looks? Thats because im natural.. STeroid users have dry skin and bowling ball shoulders... Notice how everything about me is proportionate?
Just goes to show that i look 4 times as hot as any bodybuilder and yet im still fast at the track all at the same time..
I have the most perfectly designed workout program of 2 days a week and im able to maintain this hotness year round because i know exactly what im doing and all of my workouts are designed to maintain power, speed, and hotness year round.
But yet i only workout 2 days per week at both the track and gym on the same day.. Just goes to show that i put in 50 percent of the volume of most people and yet look twice as hot because resting is more important...
And most people dont know how to rest.. I know exactly what sequence of events to do at both the track and the gym to maintain power, speed, hotness and on a side note all of my workouts are short and intense.
Just goes to show that i know exactly what im talking aboput.
I am now twice as strong as 2004 ,, here i am at 34 years old looking twice as hot than i did at 24 all naturally.. Just goes to show how extremely powerful im becoming.
