But yes fast race run by the Ashland men. They have the depth they've never had this year in cross country, as well as quicker guys up front.

Michigan Tech and Lake Superior State will be at Michigan State on Friday.
Guy the favorite to repeat his win from last year at MSU in 24:09. Basically going to be a Midwest Region early preview.
Has guy raced yet this year? Who from Southern Indiana returns?
GVSU put their roster up today. Luterbach and Selner are listed. Both competed for Adams St at the Vigil Open last year. Are either eligible to compete this year? If so they is looking real strong.
Why did the two of them transfer? Were they originally from Michigan? Have they ran yet this year?
Both runners are from Wisconsin. I don't know why they transferred and I won't speculate about it. I am interested in knowing their eligibility status for this season as both competed in uniform for Adams St for all three seasons last year.
I would assume seniors, or possibly redshirt juniors then. I am very curious as to why they chose Grand Valley however. Best of luck to them though. Were there any other notable transfers?
Not for GV that I saw. They did land a big recruit in Zac Panning (9:12/15:18) but they usually rs their incoming FR.
Selner and Luterbach are hom$exual lovers. They felt that they would be able to better commit to each other if they were not being distracted by the many other homo$exual men on the Adams State team. Both will do very well at GV.
Ignore the last post. I talked to a ferris state runner this summer and they have 14 freshman on the men's team. I am not sure if any will contribute, but for comparison they had two last year.
Southern Indiana will not be at Michigan State. They will be at the UK Bluegrass Invite this weekend.
What is the competition like there? Will it be an 8K?
asc louder!
Goodness, welcome to the big leagues, Brian Baum. Wow. http://results.active.com/events/msu-spartan-invitational--9/college-men
Why are this many Midwest Regional teams going hard this early? Regionals isn't until November 22nd, and teams are already doing many track workouts with 2 races under their belts as well.
interesting results from michigan state. heard the course was slow/sloppy/wet. any confirmations?
Ashland's runners went; 1,8,24,60,92. Hillsdale; 7,38,59,64,82. Ferris state; 38,67,81,87. Wayne state; 17,62,91,108,123.
Johnny Guy ran at bluegrass invite. 24:01. Tyler pence 24:04
Grand Valley showed why they will easily win conference, and take down the big dogs of Adams State.
Yes, the course was a bit soft and not as fast as you might think if you weren't there. Weather was perfect, but rain earlier in the week softened things up. Very impressive run by Baum, he could be a contender for the individual title with nats being on a flat course this year in Louisville.
