I've been talking with some of my former teammates and we're all shocked by the positive. He was definitely caught about a week ago.

This is the beauty of Letsrun because the news is accurate. As much crap as their is on these boards it is often the place where big news hits first. Often weeks before any announcements. Centro tested positive for elevated testosterone levels. Obviously no one can prove it yet because no release has been issued. Just a matter of time though.
will a positive test effect any wc medals for other americans. i forget who finished behind him in the wc's. also, can they even retroactively take away his medals?

very unlikely if he did not test positive until indoor season (if he tested positive at all)
