Geb still the most impressive today!
Yea, pretty incredible how well he can run at 40, especially considering he says he doesn't do speedwork anymore.

Very possible. Good point.
Mo also ran impressively given the long season.
We can expect something special at London in '14.
Did Bekele put on a bit of a smirk just before that last push he made in the last 150m or so? Or am I just crazy?
Geb's the man. Not afraid to get out there and do the work. Continues to be the class act. A joy to watch.

Without a doubt, the best race that I have watched since Jeilan took down Mo in Daegu. I actually really like Mo, but apparently watching him lose is very exciting.
Paula says her one piece of advice for Mo was to not go too fast on that final steep downhill. He backs off on the hill, Bekele doesn't and that's where he wins the race. Good one, Paula.
She's now saying Mo will need to learn how to run downhill because that's where he lost the race.

paula was so fast on the roads-- she never had to learn how to race...
Awesomem race!!! Best race of the season, great win for Bekele. Someone finally outplayed the player.
Eurosport announcer:
"Haile G running just over one hour.... shows what a great runner he once was"
Was??? seriously, that was a great run by HG period.

Paula's full of hot air and her record were fueled by peds.
As far as I can tell, world 40+ record for half marathon was 62:28...

If true, Haile destroyed that by over 2 minutes today.
I agree! The race was decided when Mo didn't let rip on the short downhill.
