He was running at sub 6 pace this morning on an Alter G. Great progress.
Is that Lucas in the six-minute pace video? No c-collar? Also, it doesn't look much like him. Maybe because it was filmed with an HD toaster.
Anyway, amazing progress. I'm shocked that he is walking, let alone running any pace at all. Shows you the value of youth and fitness in recovering from an accident like his.
How much you wanna bet he breaks four in the mile again (track (indoor or outdoor), or road) to prove a point?
