    My sources are convinced that WADA may not be completely happy with everything we are doing. This was an Olympic year, and we admitted to doing minimal drug tests in the months leading up to the national trials. Is that one of the things that could be concerning WADA?

    Not only are athletes taking, but Jamaican authorities are not interested in testing.

    And I have been to Jamaica. Drugs are EVERYWHERE in Kingston. Dealers with drug carts are all over the place. It is the DRUG TAKING capital of the world, and even Jamaicans know this.

    this whole debate gets me disappointed. Why can't the USA just turn a blind eye, get our athletes in contact with some Conte-esque figures and juice our sprinters to the podium? Darn it people, we need a systematic doping program from the bottom to the top! btw is this Weir guy sippin the juice as well?

    Yes he was a good junior, but he stopped improving for several years and then bounced back all of a sudden after several injuries. Honestly how many Juniors who are clean go onto be good seniors?

    Bolt supporters like pointing out that he is 6'5" like it helps him.

    It doesn't, it helps him ONLY if he can remain uninjured. Taller people are more likely to be injured running.

    Frankly its a miracle Bolt isn't injured constantly. Every other 6'5" sprinter would have torn his hamstring in half by now or broken the bones in his feet so that he'd never be able to train hard again.

    Not Bolt. Also isn't it surprising that once out of season drug testing started picking up in Jamaica around 2009, Bolt started getting injured in greater frequency? In 2010 it was his ankle, in 2012 it was several injuries. Bolt only had one injury before that in 2005 with his hamstring at the WC's.

    Trust me, I've been following Bolt for a long time, before he turned pro. His performances in 2008 convinced me that he had started using PED's after his embarrassment in 2007.

    Doped up Jamaican athletes have taken much from our American sprinters. Do I hold a grudge? Yes.

    Seem this poster make sup facts. Bolt was injured and hampered by injury quite a few times in his late teens wasn't he? So far the only "major" injury free years he has had is 2007-2009, he's had issues since and before.

    The doctor argument will make you sleep for years but if Bolt doesn't go his career is over. He was running in pain at trials so I know if he was fit it was over since he already showed a 9.76 and of course he is Bolt not Gay who cries like a little baby. Tears can't make you good. Talk about PEDs all you want..that doesn't make it true. Your comments don't hold any water and they can only be accepted on a forum where nobody knows about sprinting, including you.

    LOL @ Roach D. The way you speak of Jamaica and their athletes, I'm sure you wouldn't step foot on the island. "Dealers with Drug carts"... man, you are the biggest Jamaica hater I've ever seen. Must have killed you to watch USA's best sprinters get blown away by Bolt and co. And get this, the best the USA has to offer IS a convicted doper. What say you, hypocrite?
