Excellent. There was a study done a number of years ago which analyzed this very question and concluded that the two activities within sports which required the most athletic manuever in order to handle the task proficiently were pole vaulting and hitting a baseball consistently hard. In other words the most number of movements by the body which have to go right in order to accomplish the task.
