Thank you to all that have donated and expressed their sympathy. The amount of phone calls, emails, and posts on this message board was overwhelming. Richard and I never thought that it could be this big. There aren?t words to express how we feel. We are truly touched by everyone. Because of you guys, Agnes is going to be able to have the surgery and have enough left over for medicine. We will let everyone know how the surgery goes. She has an appointment with the doctor on Monday the 15th. It is amazing to see what the running community can do. Thank you!

Here's an idea. make a bet with a friend about who will finish first in your next race (assuming it's in the next week or two), with the money "won" going to the kiplagat fund.

Tyler, I bet Hellebuyck that i could beat him in a marathon and he bet me he could outkick me in a mile. we decided to forego the actual races as we already know the outcome, bet was 50bucks each, it'll be in the mail tonight.

I hope its not too late too help, I assume there will still be expenses after the surgery and even if there isnt, Im sure the Kiplagats need it a whole lot more than I do.

Hey, I wish there was only one person on my case last week, but for this purpose I rounded up to 10 and sent $100.
