just watched him literally push Colton Sands. Are we kidding? that was entirely on purpose and you can't even say he did it out of tiredness. he smiled after doing it. just shows how ridiculous how the sport has become.
I am 100% a Marco Langon fan and his interviews are absolute comedy, but he for sure should've been DQed today. That was blatantly a move to try and impede Colton. He threw an arm 5 meters from the finish and then completely cut him off at the line. That would be a DQ in any high stakes meet (conference, regionals, nationals type meet).
imagine declaring yourself a fan of somebody then describing them doing this.
One of the easiest DQs I've ever seen in track. This sport is a joke if that's not called. Drifted from lane 1 to lane 3 after diving sideways. Wtf are we even doing if we don't penalize these idiots?
Hocker's DQ was justified and this scenario was 10x worse and more obvious.
It wasn't just the lane drift....it was the right shoulder dropping literally trying to stop Sands' momentum.

I think he is gonna get it done in March though. I guarantee you this kid is gonna leave his entire sack on the line to get it done in the 5k and 3k. He's got some tough competition and it won't be a gimme but I do think he can get it done
No way he wins both, he's barely squeaking out wins now. He might win one, but the ncaa is too staked for him to get both
