ive commented similar to this in the past. Armstrong can be amusing and logical. but there are also sometimes threads where there are several consecutive pages of Armstrong and somebody else having a petty little side argument, taking over the entire thread.
that's annoying.
Perhaps you should also tell that to those that want to continue those arguments.
Armstronglivs is a deeply indoctrinated American hating, blow-hard that can’t stop himself from compulsively visiting an American running website.🤷🏻♂️
You do know that posters are from all around the world? And what do you make of Jakob's sudden apparent weight loss?
One poster. Thank you for confirming what I said. And for not denying that you have repeatedly stated you only come here to rile people up. Your choice but it's kind of funny to watch your compulsive posting 🤭
What were you saying about compulsive posting?
But nothing about Jakob's weight loss. You never have anything to offer on the thread subjects. Weird.
Nah, you often get angry here. As for limited vocabulary, remember when I had to teach you the meaning of "schadenfreude"? Now keep replying to every post. You have to.
Can you explain how schadenfreude is related to Jakob's weight loss?
Army is obsessed with Jakob in an unhealthy manner. He apparently fantasizes about kidnapping Jakob and chaining him to a dungeon wall. Or maybe it’s the other way around, with Army chained up in Jakob’s dungeon. Whatever. He is the epitome of OCD.
Looking the leanest he’s ever been. Anyone know which race is going to be his first this season? Silesia 1500m would be my guess.
Jakob has had a skinny upper body for quite a few years. But he balances that by doing weights/cross training -but with an expressed fear of being too muscular (arms and so on).
I don’t know how early Jakob started heat training, but his current videos show a lot of high temperatures training with a lot of clothing. -Want make him less lean I think…
Your question of when he will open his outdoor season: Well, he doesn’t compete in the Nationals the coming week end. That aligns with what he said some time ago -that he probably will need July and half of August to reach a race shape. In one of his last Instagrams he also declared that he is now starting his speed work. So I think your guess about Silesia is a good one…
I strongly disagree with your post here. On the contrary I think Armstronglivs has good humour and also good reasons for choosing to be a devils advocate against Jakob.
I myself really like Jakob and what he tries to accomplish. But he is a complex person, and I have no problem understanding where Armstronglivs’ dislike and criticism come from, although I think he exaggerates things a little. But who am I to claim that my maybe over exaggerated positive attitude is the only right view?! -Armstronglivs’ voice in this forum is a much needed one, and I think a lot of you Jakob fan boys show very poor integrity when you get so offended that you start writing very bad and un humorous things…

What do you think of Khamis, Coevett and rekbot, are they logical and amusing?
wouldn’t say he’s crazy lean. Yeh he’s skinny and pretty lean, but so is every other runner at world level. There are no crazy striations or vascularity indicating he is more lean than anyone else. Compare his body to East Africans. They are properly leaned out

Khamis is sometimes amusing, but often times skippable. So I do that, I just skip. I skip most of rekbot's posts.
More often than not, I don't agree with Armstrong. I usually skip his posts, especially when it's two or three straight pages of just him arguing back and forth. at the same time, people constantly respond to him, and so he responds back. I don't know why people feel the need to comment on every little thing he says.
but in moderation, his contrasting viewpoint to all things Ingebrigtsen isn't a terrible thing for the forums.
Haven't you all considered the possibility that he's puked himself lean? He's got a small child now, all those bacteria and viruses does wonder's for a husband's weight if the wife forces him to do his share of diaper changes and vomit clean up.
Yeah, he'll miss some training days from it too, better blame that on a sore achilles since sponsors are probably more comfortable with that excuse.
