The only thing we know for certain is, if a Kenyan so much as flirts with any form of chemical assistance, they will be caught. Which is more than we can say for other countries who don't test their athletes as much.

Not true. There are still Kenyans competing.
Idiots like you believe that rich countries with fewer doping cases have fewer dopers. Moron.
Keoch reminds me of a little known runner at the time named Filbert Bayi who showed up at the 1974 Commonwealth Games and beat all the favorites including John Walker and in a world record time , and a year later beat the rest of the best from America and Europe in the mile and also broke that world record . He may have even won in the 76 Olympics but all the African Countries boycotted. What surprised me most about Koech is that he is so young but also that he has a really nice kick. Once he knew he beat Kerr, he ease up 10 meters before the line so he could have easily gone in the 3:27's again. He's scary talented and the other person who easily beat Kerr this year is 800 meter Emmanuel Wanyonyi and the 1500m/mile runners better just pray that he doesn't double at the world champs. It could be 1-2 Kenya.
Another dirty Kenyan in a constellation of Kenyan dopers.
Evidence? Exactly.
There's a Kenyan busted every week. He's another Kenyan, supposedly only 18 and beating all the other dopers in a sport consumed with doping. Watching track now isn't much different from a bodybuilding competition. An advertisement for illegal pharmaceuticals.

Do you think Kenya which subject to the biggest focus and tracking by AIU these two years, still allow a young elite runner to dope? If he was selected by team Kenya to be in U20 WC (2024) team, then he should be a talented runner.
Moreover, great talents of middle distances in history always come unexpected.

Lol, that's not how it works. It's a certainty that many have gotten away with it.

Dear Robert, I appreciate your boyish wander at my love Kerr Josh being beaten by a young upstart Koech!!!!!!!!!!!
I care a lot about Kerr, I really do!!!!!!!!!!! Although I'm not his next-of-kin or anything like that but the frequency of thoughts and emotions I have about him on a 24hr space-time scale speaks to a novel harmless devotion I may have for him you feelin me?????????
Maybe because he seems to be walking in the footsteps of my first love Hicham El Kingdom Triple Love Guerrouj in also an event I love the most in track and field, the 1500m!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And so my admiration of Kerr might have been born of those for the former you feelin me right?????????
They were both clean too contrary to yours, Steve's, Jeff's and Harambe's suspicions of El Kingdom.
I must say I, as probably Snowflakes and co, was quite disappointed with Kerr for losing to Koech but if anything this loss proves that in modern day 1500m, unlike in El Kingdom's era, it's impossible to string a win streak beyond half a dozen or so if you are DIRTY, MUCH LESS IF YOU ARE CLEAN LIKE KERR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Example, Mo Katir was losing 1500m races left and right while purportedly doped to the gills, so you can see how impossible it is for clean athletes like Kerr to keep winning and dominating, and the same for Hocker who I'm surprised is faring much worse than Kerr and not more regularly using those pharmaceutical products or otherwise he used so brilliantly at last year's trials and Olympic games.
I believe you and everyone knows Kerr is as good as 28 years old now, and for any 1500m runner who has worked hard and started in his teens and remained righteously clean of drugs 28 years old is twilight zone you feelin me right Robert??????????????
Hence, I'm not egregiously surprised that a 28 year old lost to an 18 year old, and the 31 year old Jake Wightman also trailing in the wake of the 18 year old, it's all consistent with the laws of space and time, with all being clean of drugs no less!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Really, to be honest with everybody, dear Robert, Kerr's 1500m career should have been retired by last year or the year before given as you know the never before seen invisible and mostly inescapable environmental RF pollution throughout the world right now and its insidious harmful effects on neuro-physiology or brain-blood axis you feelin me??????????
But by the grace of Christ Jesus our Savior, he blessed and extended Kerr's dominance for 2 more years in 2024 and 2025 for running clean and honest and not defiling the altar of God!!!!!!!!! But everything must come to an end and God cannot unconditionally continuously extend Kerr's lifespan in the 1500m indefinitely you feelin me?????????? The laws of physics must still abide enduringly and unchangingly and no matter how fit and healthy and resilient Kerr's brain-blood is, the most reward for that is an extension of 2 years of longevity in the 1500m which expires this year and will not renew in 2026 through to LA, beyond that there is no more leeway to bend out of the laws of physics just to grant an exception to Kerr to continue running 3:27s and even 3:25 into his 30s. It has to end just as it has ended for Jake Wightman the 31 year old lad who is clean!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't know how and why Habz is running 3:27 at 31 but I attribute it to copious bicarb ingestion and rejuvenation of the central nervous system leading to revival of electron flow in mitochondria in glial cells and its ion channels leading to otherworldly human performance, yes it's possible Habz is clean and I can only imagine the possibilities for Kerr at 31 as well but let's not kid ourselves Kerr has beeb at it longer than Habz and has more wear and tear for it you feelin me??????????????
I like to think Kerr can still mix it up in the top 5 or 6 through LA but to think he will still leave Laros, Myers, Koech and all other upcoming young upstarts in the dust or run 3:25 and 3:26 through LA is foolhardy, absolutely foolhardy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The new generation will come through, it's a cycle ever once a decade and we need to leave our boyish affection for one another and for Kerr at home and embrace DA FUTUREEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Cheers
Khamis

Do not be foolish, I urge all LRC folks, I want to unite everybody in ONE MIND ABOUT THE FUTURE OF OUR 1500M SPORT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The athletes of 2025 are pitiful, their bodies and brains are weaker and more eroded neurophysiologically and yet they face so much pressure and expectation from the general public to perform like the athletes of the more environmentally pristine generation of the 80s and 90s and 00s, I feel for folks like Jakob and Kerr and even Mo Katir who resorted to doping!!!!!!!!!!!!! They had to dope to offset the rapid space-time degradation of their neurophysiological bodies caused by a dirty pollutant environment you feelin me???????????
At 25 years old Jakob already has 2 major downtime one pre-season last year and one mid-season in 2025, only 1 year apart, gosh goodness me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How so weak are our soldiers in 2025 with also the rise of AI and RF technology??????????
At 28 Kerr has seen the best days behind him and while still occassionally kicking well to beat Hocker and Nuguse let's not kid ourselves this man is running on borrowed time and I'm not even talking about Habz right now as he has a different story to tell altogether!!!!!!!!!!!!
That workout 2x4x400m was historically the weakest workout in space-time history. In the eyes of Hicham El Kingdom Triple Love Guerrouj it would have been the biggest joke of the century for somebody staking claim to want to be the world's best miler you feelin me?????
Because the real best miler of all time, DA GOAT EL KINGDOM was knocking out 20x400 with only 30 seconds rest averaging 53-54 seconds, meaning he probably started out 55-56s for the first 10, TAKING IT EASY, before ratcheting it down to 52s and 53s in the final 10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO SUPERSHOES, AT ALTITUDE 1500M!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And the track facilities at Ifrane were some of the most rundown in the world, probably with concrete patches here and there and broken rubber sticking out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And here we are our boy Kerr Josh and all of us on LRC thinking he should be on cloud nine after knocking out a mere 8 reps of 400m so slowly with so much luxurious rest and in supershoes??????????????????????????????????
What in this world have we as a community become?????????? Why are our standards so lowest of the low????????????????????????????
Can everybody see that no amount of EPO would have gotten even Jakob, the current best miler to run 20x400m average 53-54s in crappy shoes on crappy tracks with half a min rest at mile high altitude???????????????????????????
Can everybody see just how nobody of the current generation is even a half match for Hicham El Kingdom even on generous EPO servings??????????
Folks, I want you all to see THAT WAS HOW GOOD EL KINGDOM WAS, SIMPLY DA BEST, UNTOUCHBLE TILL THIS DAY AMENNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
May God bless him forever more and I know he is Muslim alright!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My darling Armstrong would be wrong on Koech being a doper but he would be right the rest of the time about other things. If you really probe him deeper, he will confide nose to nose with you that he think Koech only has a low probability of doping which in his view a guilty verdict nonetheless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Go back to the long thread immediately after Chepngetich broke the marathon wr. You’ll see the same people crying about lack of evidence and it’s just hard work and blah blah blah. Literally the EXACT conversation. How much longer does this have to go on for people to see what a sham this is- Wanyonyi and Koech are both in the same group, incidentally.
Allow me to explain the frenzy. Three months ago, Koech was soundly beaten by a 5k runner in a road mile. Today he took down the World 1500m Champion in a 3:28 race.
he's literally a kid at that age. Kids improve much more rapidly than people in their 20s/30s.
I had a student in hs still at close to 30 in a neighboring country. Graduating high school is often much delayed by the need to pass primary school exams and then sophomore level exams in commonwealth countries in East Africa. So, Phanuel Koech could well be 23, 25, or older. What is clear is that he burst on the scene already at or close to his peak. I previously documented just how many of such phenoms who appeared out of nowhere with no or a year of previous high (junior/senior) level experience, people like Mo Aman (now a drug and age cheat), Nijel Amos (same), and many others never improved or barely improved and/or often faded from the scene.

Was amazed to see Phanuel also broke the 25yr old meet record set by none other than the great Hicham EL G himself which had been 3:30.20. Surprised that time has lasted so long actually.
Seriously sir??????????? El Kingdom had the potential to run 7-8 seconds faster than that if HE WANTED TO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! His 3:26:00 WR was widely regarded as compromised due to a niggling bout of bacteria infection in his large intestine as his actual training workouts of 20x400 at 53-54s average pace with half a min rest indicated there was a 3:22-3:24 potential in him MINUS SUPERSHOES AND SUPERTRACKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! With the same he would be at 3:20:00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Did it ever occur to you that the reason why the London MR is only 3:30:20 was because El Kingdom never ran for time in London????????????????????????? Also, Jakob never made it a fixture on his calender too otherwise London would most definitely have seen its own 3:27:14 like Jakob at Silesia 2023!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Please think sir thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Another dirty Kenyan in a constellation of Kenyan dopers.
Evidence? Exactly.
400+ doping positives
multiple wr holders
dirty top to bottom, agents and coaches
and you think this 18yo that ran 3:27 in his second 1500m is some kind of exception? Pull your head out of the sand. Throw 13:58, 28:xx, and 2:09:54 in the same heap.

I understand it is possible, but would you provide examples of Kenyan athletes who follow that course of completing high school in their mid-20s supposedly? These guys are trying to make money, right. I don’t get this idea of waiting until you’re 25 and forgone 3-4 prime years to take up running. Koech was a pretty good runner last year and he’s an outstanding one now. That makes more sense with a young athlete developmentally at least. This is different than the Ethiopian “phenom” who runs 7:35 at age 16 and then at 20 is only marginally better before becoming a 60-minute HM guy.
Keoch reminds me of a little known runner at the time named Filbert Bayi who showed up at the 1974 Commonwealth Games and beat all the favorites including John Walker and in a world record time , and a year later beat the rest of the best from America and Europe in the mile and also broke that world record . You took someone else’s post from another thread (Tsegay) and twisted it to defend a blatant fraud. Bayi had quite a rep because of what he’d done in ‘73. He wasn’t claiming to be just out of HS either. He was expected to go after the WR. The bigger surprise was John Walker arriving near to the top running 1:44 and 3:32. The leader of Tanzania didn’t do Bayi any favors by instigating the boycott in ‘76 to try and keep NZ (Walker) out of the Games, all of his bs about racism was bs. Even TAFNews, which had become a rather lib publication by the mid 70s remarked on the situation calling it “cowardice”.
Was amazed to see Phanuel also broke the 25yr old meet record set by none other than the great Hicham EL G himself which had been 3:30.20. Surprised that time has lasted so long actually.
Jakob hasn't raced in London at his peak. I always go to this meet and it's just never super fast so this was a bit of a surprise. 3:28 is great on this track and that's Kerr's fastest time ever outside of a championships
Ummm no, fastest time but please look at context!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2 relative unknown guys have ran 2 seconds faster than him this year 2025. Space-time moves through pretty quickly in the 1500m event, if you are not running 3:25 outright now you are considered outdated very quickly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Habz and Koech will very soon become outdated as either they don't find the strength to keep running 3:27s or another 2 guys will replace them next year. But as long as none of them runs 3:25 outright, the cycle repeats itself and they will soon become outdated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Expectations have changed a lot because Kerr is 28 and if he isn't running 3:25 this year then it gets more and more and more unlikely next year and year after you feelin me??????? Kerr has also recently ran a 3:44 mile in NYC which is considered difficult and it also being end of season where he floundered at Zurich before travelling to NYC, not optimal at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So we least expect a well prepared Kerr coming off what he claimed to be PB type workout (albeit I have informed everyone that it is SLOW AND LAZY AF COMPARED TO EL KINGDOM'S WORKOUTS!!!!) to be WINNING THE RACE AT LEAST IF NOT ALSO NOTCHING A 3:27 OR FASTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
