I remember that 2023 NCAA cross country race as a gutsy effort for her team while visibly sick.
She has had a rough first year and a half as a pro. But she is still young and it’s possible she turns it around.

He also doesn’t have the world’s standard.
Hard to see a way Kessler loses this one.
Kessler's splits were nearly identical to Nuguse in that mile WR. Had he fallen in behind the pacers instead of Nuguse it's possible he'd have won. A double here could give him the confidence to assert himself earlier in the race.

He's tucked in perfectly in 3rd now behind Jacobs.
He's not gonna compete in Nanjing either way. I wanna see him try what Hocker did at Millrose even though I don't think thats the safe choice
