Total liar. The case and the charges have been explained to this jagoff (and all the names he trolls under) in multiple threads, many times. They are spelled out in multiple court documents, including the Bill of Particulars, the February 15, 2024 Order, the jury instructions, and the opening and closing arguments. He just ignores all that and all the explanations, never addresses them, then keeps on pretending. It’s a low-level troll trick he learned from Newman/Carmine.
