This gun charge is the least criminal thing Hunter has done in the last 20 years.
Democrats do not give a damn about the rule of law.
No rational human being actually thinks the "defund the police" party cares about the rule of law.
No rational human being thinks the party that threatens to kill SCOTUS every time they made a ruling they don't like gives a damn about the rule of law.
No rational human being thinks the party that demands SCOTUS be packed so it only rules the way that suits them politically gives a damn about the rule of law.
Hunter will be pardoned.
Democrats don't care what happens to Hunter because he isn't a politician.
Conservatives aren't crying about this verdict. The evidence was absolutely overwhelming you idiots didn't have any choice but to convict.
The real fun begins with Hunter's tax cheat trial.
Will he flip on his corrupt father to save himself?
imagine coming to your computer on a RUNNING website DURING THE WORK DAY and typing out whatever drivel you read from anonymous Instagram accounts feeding you this stuff and thinking "I did it! I owned the Libs again." This is mental illness man. The anger you most carry in your heart on a daily basis is immense. Get help. Seriously. Good god.
Imagine posting about this on a RUNNING website DURING THE WORK DAY and then attacking someone for doing exactly what you're doing.
The lack of self awareness you lefties have is truly embarrassing.
That's because it wasn't in this case. The justice dept did all it could to shield this clown from any consequences for his illegal activities. But even they couldn't save him.
Explain how one false book-keeping entry -- and that's what it was, shown in a few places on the financial statement month after month -- becomes 34 felonies.
Can't believe you guys are falling for that
It was 34 false entries, that's 34 felonies. This isn't hard.
And it was not just 34 duplicate lines in a ledger. it was various forms of document fraud. Again proving Trump had a plan and that plan lying about what those funds were for.
yes. Very simply. You will find that most all of Trump's offenses are simply to understand. Unless you hang out in the right wing ecosystem looking for explanations.
this is a quality post and appreciated. Very rare that someone has looked into the evidence and specifics fully before giving their hot takes.
Except he obviously didn't look into that good. It wasn't his sister that disposed of the gun.
Well technically it's still his sister-in-law even though his brother is dead. (I can't remember if the brother died in Fallujah or was eaten by cannibals.)

Amazing that you clearly have absolutely no idea what Trump was convicted of despite it being "simply to understand".
Those 34 counts you don't understand were only "felonies" if they were committed in furtherance of another crime.
You have no idea what other crime was. No one on the jury has any idea what that other crime was. The judge literally told the jurors they didn't have to agree what the other crime was.

Yes, it isn't some complex puzzle.

You are correct - the record reflected that his sister in law and not his sister found and threw away the gun. Having said this, it doesn’t invalidate my point. The sister in law had valid concerns about his stability (I would have too), and juries ascribe materiality to this kind of testimony. Please amplify your point - are you stating a relative did not throw the gun away? Be smart in your response.

No it was not. His company falsely listed a payment to Stormy Daniels in its financial statement (not in a ledger) as a legal expense. That's it. Period. If not, please detail some other felonies, some of the other or these "various forms of document fraud". And how does a misdemeanor become a felony?
This post was edited 3 minutes after it was posted.
That's always the answer. "I can't be bothered telling you what the crime was". Either the libs don't know or they're too embarrassed to say it was a bookkeeping dispute.
34 counts of falsifying business records to cover another crime. That's it. That's the crime. Your refusal to recognize it doesn't make it go away.

Lots of down votes but nobody can show these other "various forms of document fraud". Not even one. You know why. There were no others.

Try me. Explain all these offenses. I know of one, the misdemeanor of calling the payment to Stormy Daniels a business expense. What are some of the felonies?

Like he just did in the post above. Even though people have cited the law(s) to him hundreds of times. He is a troll.

You were just told what the crime was multiple times. Here are all 34 read each one.
They are elevated to felony charges because the records were falsified to cover up three possible crimes:

I will check back in a couple of hours and am sure I will see the list of the various crimes he committed by these well informed posters.
That's sarcasm as it seems many of you will miss that

What did he actually do other than falsely characterize the payment to Stormy Daniels?
Nothing your own cite proves as much.
Every single "felony" stems from the same misdemeanor

^^^^^^^ Total liar. The case and the charges have been explained to this jagoff (and all the names he trolls under) in multiple threads, many times. They are spelled out in multiple court documents, including the Bill of Particulars, the February 15, 2024 Order, the jury instructions, and the opening and closing arguments. He just ignores all that and all the explanations, never addresses them, then keeps on pretending. It’s a low-level troll trick he learned from Newman/Carmine. Both of them are a waste of time, unless you just want to tee-off on something. They are both good punching bags, especially Newmen.
