The report said he is mentally unfit. We are indirectly fighting two wars.
Should Dems invoke the 25th Amendment?
What about the election? Michelle Obama or Hillary or Kamala or Gavin?
People over 75 should not be eligible to run for any government position.
I hate Trump but I also dislike Biden- a career politician. These old geezers are ruining democracy. Both way past their prime.
my 5 year old can beat both these old folks in memory games and a race around the track- pathetic presidential candidates. there are over 100 million people in America more capable than Biden and Trump.
Again, as a Democrat, I wish Biden had stepped aside. But he didn't. So, you have an old man with a pocketful of achievements in his first term, having beaten Trump last time, facing a weaker Trump this time around.
As Dems we were not offered a choice. Is what it is.
But what about the Republicans?
They had and still have choices. DeSantis. Haley. Others.
Yet they still rally around the adjudicated sexual abuser, January 6th guy, four times indicted on 91 counts, whose actions regarding Covid were a catastrophe.
So Biden gave the green light to go after Trump for document mishandling when he, himself, had stacks of classified documents sitting in his garage (and elsewhere). No so smart. But about the level of thinking he is capable of.
Oil is a commodity, the price is controlled by supply and demand. Which is why OPEC has more impact on the price than US monetary policy.
Because oil is priced in dollars, the dollar index has more impact on the price for other countries.
If the dollar is strong, then the price of oil relatively more expensive for the rest of the world
If the dollar is weak then the price of oil is relatively less expensive for the rest of the world
You have no idea what you’re talking about.
Inflation weakens the dollar.
Which is why oil is relatively less expensive for anyone trading their currency for dollars assuming their currency isn't also inflated. (hence the vacuum)
I didn't say us monetary policy was the only driver.
You don't know enough to even understand what you don't know.
You sound like a high school sophomore.
The dollar gained strength vs global currencies throughout this inflationary cycle. That’s s fact. you’re wrong
He's in decline for sure, you can watch his last two speeches for some evidence. I bet there was all kinds of problems during the 5 hour special counsel meeting. He's got lots of people around him though, protecting him and the vice president from doing anything too crazy. I don't trust any of them. I don't trust the other side either. Frick em. I don't like politics but I can't escape it online, it's everywhere. I am seriously considering making a special trip to the polls in November, in a swing state, to vote for trump. 3 reasons. Border, the vice president, and biden himself. We'll see.

"Answer my question does US inflation make oil more expensive or less expensive for the rest of the world?"
I say less expensive.
And you respond: "Wrong try again"
And to explain your mastery of the subject you googled and copied pasted the response above which conflicts with your other post.
Why? Because you don't understand any of this. You're an ignorant contrarian determined to be right even when you know you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about.
Hey dumb*ss, you really are stupid.
The US just experienced an inflationary cycle. The price of oil dropped during that cycle. Additionally the dollar gained strength. So stop.
Here’s a math problem. If a euro and a dollar are equal and a barrel of oil cost 1 dollar then a barrel of oil costs 1 euro.
If the dollar loses half of its value then a barrel of oil costs 2 dollars, but a barrel of oil still only costs 1 euro.
US inflation only changes the price paid in dollars. It doesn’t change the price for other currencies.
That’s why you’re wrong. You are the one that doesn’t understand.

Because you're stupid as sh*t I guess I need to explain what a vacuum is...
If you drop a feather and a bowling ball in a vacuum they will fall at the same rate because all other variables but gravity are removed.
Because you're ignorant and very low IQ you think there's only 1 or 2 variables impacting the strength of the dollar and the price of oil.
You are wrong. Your understanding is very very very shallow and you have no idea what you're talking about.
OPEC controls supply. The US can influence demand.
If you'd ever taken an economics course in your life (you obviously haven't) you would know that price is set where the 2 curves meet. Not where OPEC decides it's going to be.

You’re completely wrong about OPEC.
Dollar inflation only changes the price in dollars. The price doesn’t change the price for other currencies.
If the dollar loses half its value. The dollar buys half as much.
The rest of the world doesn’t pay half price just because the dollar buys less.

There is ZERO TRUTH to the report, It Was Politically Motivated, There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING wrong with Joe Biden. Kamala Harris said so That Proves it.
Yes, very worried if Biden is re-elected. Very worried if Trump is elected again.
I voted for Biden and for a Democrat in every election (I’m 42 now). Even though the Democrats platform still aligns way more with me than the Republicans, I can’t vote for the lesser of two evils (which is Biden for me, even though I think Biden is an immense hypocrit). Biden claims to care about women, about children, about the “soul of our country”. But he has been to weak to use enough leverage against Israel to get them to stop the mass murder of women, children in Gaza… He’s supported Israel’s occupation of Gaza and all of the human rights violations that have occurred the past 60 years (think Jim Crowe on steroids), the opposite of what the “soul” of America should be about.
Less worried about the age thing. More disgusted, really, with Biden.

You truly don’t understand this.
So the price of oil which is a global commodity traded almost exclusively in US dollars has nothing to do with the value of the US dollar.
