I have already posted video links and articles of several trans athletes who started treatments before or in the early stage of puberty. There are more of them, but most do not want to be known to the public as trans. So I respect their privacy. They are not competitive at all, and none of them have been offered D1 scholarships so far. (If you watch the Ember Zelch video above, she says she will be playing on a D3 team this fall.)
