Alex Valencia won the Blue Varsity Race A. He ran 14:46 which converts to 14:39 3 mile. The crazy part is Joshua Bell beat this guy by almost a full minute a week ago at Morro Bay Invitational. Bell looks like he could be a real contender for winning the sweeps.
