So you're saying it's unfathomable that athletes 20+ YEARS after these athletes ran that the world caught up to them? If anything, that further proves how much of an outlier those performances were.
But my point is that the application of the rules has really improved over the last few years.
Yes - where and when the AIU takes over national testing. For example we don't know whether USADA testers still give advance notice or not.
Or look at Kenya: all the really big fish there have been caught by the AIU, ADAK itself only goes for small fry for whatever reason.
Regarding doping: what you can currently safely use, despite AIU and ABP and whatnot: 10 IU/kg EPO after 11 pm because of the short glowing time and the no-test-period over night, 10 mg nandro pills after 11 pm because you'll be below 2 ng/ml in the morning, 200 mL blood transfusion at any time because of the forgiving ABP, and literally unlimited testo (viewed from a distance runner's perspective) from the right source with the correct carbon isotope ratio (have you followed the Shelburrito case?).
Now that's when your NADO is tough and you are playing it safe. Otherwise higher dosages will work too, especially if you don't have any missed tests lately.
Regarding missed tests: install a google nest, and don't open the door to unknown people or known testers when you might be glowing (unless you have already done that twice in the last 12 months - then stick to the numbers above).
Regarding designer roids: they are by definition unknown to the laymen for a while. Hope this helps.
Just realised that you are scientifically inept when you refer to being clear from Nandrolone next day after 10 mg.
You say you would below 2mg and thus ok.You clearly have not differentiated minimum detection levels from what they can detect. Also you seem utterly clueless about granddaughter metabolites.
Low level school child errors but ones that should cause you never to post again.
My point is that AIU now is doing so and supplementing NADOs …..
Correct CIR could work but extra sophisticated CIR are likely to get round the simple ratios; who would risk it esp when bought from the underground.
Missed tests ; if you’re not in when you say then not answering the door will start giving you a profile for several times a day testing. And they take evidence from neighbours and if you tell lies you have an immediate 4 yr ban.
You live in a dream world.
1) AIU is only doing that in select countries (Kenya, USA). They simply don't have the resources to go everywhere that much. But yes, that has been quite successful catching several big time cheaters (WR holders, Olympic and World champs, majors winners) like Kiptum, Kipsang, Kipruto, Kiprop, Cherono, Manangoi, Sumgong, McLean, Coleman. (Your idol Houlihan with no international medals doesn't really belong into that list, sorry)
2) Missing 1 - 2 tests (and the tester wouldn't know why!) does not result in "several times a day testing". That's ridiculous. Look up the testing history of for example Thomas and Coleman and Ross. Not even several times a month, maybe a couple of times per month if that.

1. AIU can and do test in every country and the threat of such would be significant. And a good NADO would be as good a AIU and would work with AIU.USADA no longer gives the athletes warning of the test.
2. The DCO may well not know why but they collect intelligence from such as neighbours. The testing authority would be given the reason and a false reason gives a four year ban.Athletes can get tested several times a day either by two authorities or by directed intelligence testing… not often but the threat of such must be significant.
3. Houlihan is no heroine of mine at all. Why do you invent stuff?

Wow - are you for real? I didn't say you are clear from nandrolone - why do you invent stuff?
I said you'd be below 2 ng/ml (not: 2mg, LOL!) and thus ok because 1.9 ng/ml is not punishable by the current WADA TD. That has nothing to do with "minimum detection levels from what they can detect."
The "granddaughter metabolites" are also irrelevant here, because the metabolites NA and NE get determined, from which amounts the nandro gets calculated.
You should apologize! Also: Low level school child errors but ones that should cause you never to post again - after your apology.
I am still a Houlihan fan. She is a victim of an overzealous system.
not really-shoes, more pro groups, stuff like Nandrolone still helps...when you have someone like her progress her 5000m times the way she did-not too surprising to get all of these WR's now....Women's sub-14 5000m and sub 29 10000m will happen within 2 years
Let’s not forget that we’re now seeing these 17, 18 and 19 year olds emerge onto the world scene who have not been in the testing pool for very long. It’s very possible that someone gets heavy doses of HGH, testosterone, and even anabolic steroids as they’re developing through puberty from age 13 to age 17 (when they’re not in the testing pools) and then they emerge as a super-human Frankenstein but come off of that stuff once they enter the testing pool. There’s a lifetime benefit from HGH, testosterone and steroids long after you’ve stopped taking. Probably not the case for all of these athletes, but someone like Jakob would be a prime suspect… you could see how at 10 or 12 years old, there might have been a ‘plan’ for him.
I think that's partly right, at least on the road scene where you have no name dudes dropping incredible times for a year or two before they disappear/get busted. Before you're in the testing pool, you can dope without restraint until just before competition. Doesn't work as well in track, where you need to be in the testing pool for Worlds/Olympics.
I also think someone with medical help could push up their values over time without triggering the ABP. The limits are pretty generous, so you just need to be continuously monitoring your values and adjusting to keep your profile OK. That includes the off season! And use a good lab that doesn't contaminate your drugs with something detectable, like nandrolone.

Sec 2 of the current NA TD says 1 ng
Granddaughter metabolites apply to steroids and the athlete has no real reason to assume that such will not apply to 19na.
not with you,no. you dont interest me.youre just another random troll, who has fun baiting people.thats fine by me,more power to you,but dont expect me to engage you beyond what i already have.

They test outside of the testing pool as such is the athletes that must give whereabouts info and testing is not limited to them.
