Well, she doesn’t have a time qualifier for Nationals. So she won’t be there.
HOWEVER, there are a couple of Last Chance meets (such us at BU). But I think she’s out.

She is probably out of the meet, per the other post on the rules. I’ve found no evidence online she even made the trip.
Unless @gatorstf staged a photo op of Valby getting on the plane, she's there.
