Wasn't this guy Tinch's teammate this past season?
Anyone know if Oregon is getting any Sprinters from the portal?
Or are they just trying to pull in distance these days?
It appears as if Oregon is focusing more on distance athletes than sprinters at this time. Or it could be that most of the sprinters are signing with sprint powerhouses. Oregon just has not been the same in the sprints since the departure of Robert Johnson.

Florida men is really sticking it to everybody it will be the florida vs arkansas show once again and boy will it be insane. Florida seems to have a monopoly on sprinters especially quartermilers. In the past two weeks Florida has owned the mens side of the portal. I wonder how Holloway rallies back his women after losing major scorers in talitha diggs and Jasmine Moore. Probably why those distance recruits were looked at as impactful. A very different model for florida going after it in the distances unlike their usual sprints/jumps based approach to recruiting. Sidenote im also hoping to see what texas does in their recruiting efforts on the women side. Losing alfred and adeleke to a pro career has to be exciting yet bittersweet but the show must go on and cant cry over what ifs. I suggest floreal hop in the portal and have at it
When you realize they are just buying athletes, it's not as exciting or impressive. Their football team sucks, so I think it's genius to focus NIL on a sport few other schools care about. But it's not "impressive" at all.
