natalie fans asks tuohy fans to shut up in a tuohy thread as they say " unless tuohy runs faster than a high schooler " i mean that could not get anymore dumb and cocky
i dont think ive seen cook run 4:12, 8:54 3000m, and a 15:30 - 8:59 5k/3k double
so yall can chill and sub to this channel for updates
katelyn tuohy is an american distance runner from new york, born on march 18, 2002 — she now runs for nc state and is taking up business administration 58x new york state section 1 champion 14x new york state champion 9x new...
What? You continue to make false statements. Letsrun put her on the front page. She broke the national record. If nobody cares about the fastest girl in history, the sport is dead.
okay im tired of fooling around, i have homework to do
ive said this countless times before, sure natalie cook is fast but do i give af? no.
tuohy's hs prs and current prs are faster than of natalie cook's ... all her times are faster than natalie cook...tuohy have not ran 5000m outdoors so take a chill pill and go to your cook thread
Tuohy hasn't run outdoor 5000 meter races? That is another false statement. Cook ran 15:25 at 18. I suggest you check your runner's results because she has in fact raced outdoor 5000 meter races. She ran some at age 19.
Calling Tuohy's improved kick "insane" is getting tiresome. Let the athlete demonstrate the timing and foot speed to close for the win before going hog wild about her finish.
it is insane duh.
name someone who dropped their finishing kick speed from 36s to 31s in 3 months, ill wait
also, its insane for the fact that its the one main thing that people has been roasting on, her finishing speed and here she is now constantly running 32-31s
You must have forgotten about her 34 second close at BU in December, so she did not improve from 36 to 31. Her kick is "surprising" and "very improved" but I agree "insane" is a little too much. She is very competitive with the best in college in the 3000 and 5000, and better than most.
Well technically 18 yrs, 11 months. The ability to stay healthy and run at a high level over successive seasons is the hard part.
Looking back KT lost her 11th grade outdoor season and essentially her entire 12th grade track season to a combination of injury and covid. Her freshman year at NCST she was still working her way back from surgery, and she ran pretty well. She's healthy now.
Even a three second improvement is very significant. I tend to be cautiously optimistic, but at the NCAAs she was extremely impressive. I thought it would take her another year. A 31 final 200 close is excellent in college distance running.

so youre gonna compare tuohy's post injury times???when she was just easing her way to being fit???? to cook's lifetime best?
thats 2021 outdoor season .. lets take a look at what natalie cook ran at that same season
she has a 10:26 3200m HAHAHAHHAHAH DUDE HOW DARE YOU COMPARE IT, HER TIME IS SO SLOW, UNFIT TUOHY WAS RUNNING FASTER THAN NATALIE COOK 😆
Let's just stick to the facts instead of trying to predict the future. Nobody knows what the futire holds. You always want young talent to fail but you latched onto Cook being almost 19 which goes against your narrative.
No. Cook's lifetime best is faster than Tuohy's lifetime best. Did you not know that? Records don't include asterisks for injuries or rain or stomach aches.
