Teare and Kiptoo in heat 2 but heat seems tougher. Nico, Luis, Hocker, Herrera.
Brutal to make top 5.
Think they'll all stare at each other for 11.5 laps and then sprint? Or are we about to see craziness happen?
Who is most likely to jump out front and force the pace? Young? Grijalva?
ahhhhh. Herrera from CU is in heat 1. He won't let it lag.
Gonna be crazy finish.
shiiiiit. Nico young 8th!

Well, it won him an indoor title...
But yeah, going out in 60, 60 in a 5k is nuts
I love kiptoo lol
Are they just going to show kiptoo the whole damn race?

That indoor 5k was soft. If he does that in the finals he will be destroyed by Hocker, Teare, Grijalva. They have faster PRs and better closing speed.

As soon as I saw the pace was lagging, over 14 minutes, I knew Nico wouldn't make it. He has no closing speed. He will never win races if he doesn't develop his closing speed or learn to grind from a very far ways out.
