I found out the track is short in lanes 1, 3, 5 and 7. Lane 4 actually is longer. Lane 6 is slightly downhill. Lane 2 has some unvisible obstacles. They should use only lane 8.
i have no idea how many times i have to repeat the same ordeal
in 2010 monaco "resurfaced" the track and boom instantly it was fake.
now stop being lazy and look up each one of these guys and see how their next best times besides monaco is 2-3 seconds slower...or take andrew wheating, 3:30 and his next best was 3:34
I see they are faster in Monaco, but that doesn’t make any sense as to how or why it is the track that is fake.
How can the track be short for the men’s 1500m but not short for the women?
Why isn’t a resurfaced track producing faster times in other events, from 400m to 5000m for men or for women?
There has to be a better explanation that makes sense why it’s only men’s 1500m.
Is this supposed to be evidence of hm being clean? Supposedly being 100% part of the biggest doping culture in Europe?
Has the title of this thread been changed from 'Katir is the most obvious doper ever?' Why?
Maybe it's not supposed to be evidence of anything except that some of the racist and culturally bigoted assumptions used earlier in the discussion are wrong or do not apply to Katir.
5000 WR, and dudes next best times are 12:50s, then only manages 3:36 in a 1500m.
almost every male is 2-3 seconds faster in monaco than the rest of their next bests at any other track. and yes you can look at the 800 and up and see the same issues. its only short in lane 1, so i have asked if anyone could look at people in the 400m who got lane 1 and see if its their PR for the season
Sorry to be a pain, but that’s just it — I looked at 400m and up and did not see the same issues.

this monaco track thing isn't actually great trolling because it doesn't lampoon the corrupt/self important/powerful, it's just going to take a bit of the excitement out of the sport for blameless gullible fans.
once again for those at the back: it's a fast, well sheltered track and monaco is a literal tax-haven - the meet chooses to create the conditions for fast distance running by getting the best athletes and best pacers.
there's not much money in elite track/running. it's easy enough to set up world class performances if you have the money; look at nike and kipchoge over the marathon.
It’s a Diamond League there is testing. This is a breakthrough race but he had a great indoor season running 7:35, some solid 1500s, and then the 1500 of 3:33 for the win recently. 22 years old. I’d say this race was a 12:55 type effort, very impressive. Kimeli did a lot more work so that’s worth noting as far as who he beat. I was mighty impressed by his move from 400m out, he is one to watch at 5,000 for sure. I’m not suspecting drugs until there’s reason to.
Hahaha nice bump. Of course the Rekbot was "not suspecting drugs until there’s reason to." - and for him, nothing constitutes a reason, not even test dodging or a positive nandro test.

Exactly. Katir was as filthy as El G and the rest of the frauds from the EPO Era.
Interesting article about Katir and he’s been in Spain since the age of four and has basically no ties to Morocco. It’s sad to see all this suspicion over what appears to be a legit performance. Jacob Ingebrightsen knows him well and sometimes trains with him in the Sierra Nevada and has never had any doubts about this guy as far as we know
The more I read about Katir, the more I like him!
The two of you always ahead of the curve on doping.

Never mind Rekbot. Katir may be gone for a few years, but Amos is coming back baby!
Nijel Amos, serving a three-year ban for doping, says he is targeting a return at next year's World Athletics Championships to be held in Tokyo, Japan.

Is this true? I find it hard to believe. I know that Jakob does train in Sierra Nevada, as did Katir, but that's not the same as training together.
I know that Jakob, like nearly every other top runner except Stewart McSweyen, never followed Katir on social media.
