I read the piece and it well written and thought out. However, it is still an opinion piece, not a fact. The use of drones must be weighted against the loss of human life. Lets face it we are in a never ending war due to the nature of how we want to fight the war. The war is prolonged because we want to be extremely careful and because we have weak leaders that want to appease everyone.

The drones, whether they help recruit more terrorists or not, are just a tool. They have nothing to do with Islamic terrorism. If we get rid of drones they have to be replaced with something else, which will not affect the outcome any differently.
