I'm confused. That is the youth course. Is that the same as the headliner event that Jill was going to run in, or was the youth course a side event that day?

The "Youth" bit is who the money's being raised for.
Does anyone know what it would have cost them to get it certified.
Next year?

SO STRANGE. So Bob honestly thought someone other than Molly Huddle had a chance at breaking the 10mi record on a hilly-ass course??
Not really...

Cool.
Under 2:20?
Will she be able to recover for the trials?

She unofficially broke the 10 mile AR on a very hilly course, on a training run. I don't think Paula even close to pulling that off. Given that this is her first marathon, even by conservative projections she should be able to run 2:16ish.
It took a 2:32 to win it last year. Should be a piece of cake.
sorry Jill, Austin & Bob,
I just don't see anything like this (spr.ly/6017BgbX5) ever happening!

Jilly's on the LR radar whether she likes it or not, I'm guessing not cos she's shut down her Facebook.
https://www.facebook.com/jill.greathouse.9Jill as you're following this thread could you please give us an idea of the sort of time you're shooting for? Thanks.

Thanks for the link!
All the best, Jill. We'd all love to see someone come from nowhere and do great things. It's just hard to believe, that's all, as you should expect :-) We'll be watching your results with great interest, and let's hope you'll approach this race in a better way, i.e. no prior claims of greatness, just run and run well and let your results speak for themselves! Go get 'em! I hope you blow 'em away.
Jill, Best of luck in your next AR attempt. Screw the haters. I understand the skepticism you have faced. That is why we would like to offer you a substantial sponsorship.
Let's Make America Great Again
In all seriousness, good luck Jill. Just go run and let the results speak for themselves. Even though the Olympic Trials Marathon has already passed, people will take you seriously if you run either the A standard of 2:37, or the B standard of 2:45.
Thanks guise, I'll probably run 2:14 or 2:09.
Is Jill on the juice? No other explanation.

She's never raced or had her awesome training 10 mile AR verified, except by Austin Sedicum and Bob Bobkin and history shows you can't trust them, so no explanation needed at this stage.
Hilarious that some think this is a genuine signup from Jill herself, instead of someone using her name for the hilarity (and it is funny!). The new meme of race signups.
