I agree that the result of us going to Iraq wasn't a good one, and I didn't buy the weapons of mass destruction reason, BUT, I did support us going in there simply because Saddam refused to let the US inspectors do their work. Iraq DID lose a war and had to comply with the terms of the surrender. Iraq did not comply. If we let aggressive war losers disobey the rules of their surrender, then what's the purpose of having rules?

Donald has golfed 308 days of his Presidency. Which means he's nearly spent one of his four years in office lumbering around the golf course. I don't know if I'm even complaining because if he's golfing, he's probably doing less damage than if he attempted to do his job.

Still, the lack of commitment is pretty staggering.

Add in the travel before and after each trip. You will reach a year at least. Remember that besides golfing Trump works to line his pockets. And having an entourage of a hundred, with a lot forced to stay at his hotel, at the maximum possible room rate, and you will realize that pocket-lining days go well beyond 308.

Obama golfed 333 days as president. There are not enough days left in his presidency (unless the election is overturned) for him to catch Obama. So you would similarly say that Obama's lack of commitment to the job of president during his tenure was pretty staggering as well?

No, I'd say that eight years is twice as long as four.

However, I agree that it probably would have been better for both the country and the President if he had spent all day, every day, on the course.
